About Me
I am a technology driven professor and researcher. I am currently working in Doctoral Research Center, Chitkara University, Punjab. I completed my doctoral research in the area of Services Marketing from VIT Business School, VIT University. I hold a Bachelor of Technology and Dual Masters in Business Administration and Organization Psychology. I am also certified with FDP at IIM-A.
I have published around 20 research papers [link to publications page] that include Scopus listed and ABDC ranked International Journals and presented papers and ideas in numerous international conferences. My passion for teaching and conducting research drives me for preparing and delivering research oriented lectures, guiding students in Summer Internship Projects and Final Research Publications. I enjoy Editting Journals, encouraging Student- Faculty Publications, Research Initiatives in various Institutions, writing Newsletters, Supporting faculty publications in top rated journals, Conducted workshops and faculty development Programs in colleges and Universities.
As a Researcher I have conducted research in marketing field and published findings in scholarly journals and books. I have published around 20 research papers that include Scopus listed and ABDC ranked International Journals. I have also worked in developing and preparing bids and proposals to attract external funding for a range of research projects.
I also have a wide experience in teaching marketing and research courses to undergraduate and postgraduate students in various Indian colleges and universities. My areas of expertise are Service Marketing, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Scale Development Process and Multivariate Analytics, Business Analytics, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Research Methodology and Marketing Management. As the Chief Course Coordinator for BBA, I had the opportunity to teach Fundamentals of Retail Management, Principle of Consumer Behavior, Change and Innovation Management, Entrepreneurial Resource Management. I have Served as a convener of PG & UG Programmes, In charge of Research Club and Marketing club. It is always an absolute pleasure to help students in organizing events at Intra and Inter college events. I have had the privilege of Handling Post Graduate Programme office duties like Academic Courses and Syllabus Framing, Continuous mentoring of session plans, Weekly timetable framing, Academic – Industry Interfacing and more.
